Every item we sell is authorized by the manufacturer, unlike many other sites you’ll find on the web. What does this mean for you? It means that anything you buy from us is backed up by whatever warranty the manufacturer offers on the item.
Approved returns are eligible for refund once received in one of our authorized warehouses and inspected by our returns staff. Refunds, once approved, are issued for the amount of the purchase less any incurred shipping fees (outbound or inbound) and any applicable restocking or handling fees. Please also note that for your return to be authorize a picture of the product is required to proceed with the return. Discontinued products are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed to the original source of payment only. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return in our warehouses once inspected and approved for refund.
There may be occasional price mistakes on the site, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. You will be contacted for a way to pay the proper price if possible.
glofeauto.com does not reimburse for any labor charges, installation fees or any other related fees. Only the product purchased from glofeauto.com is eligible for refund approval.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, inbound and outbound. Shipping fees that fall under the “Free Shipping” promotion are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund price. Eligibility for Free Shipping is valid only when the product purchased under the promotion is retained by the Customer.
glofeauto.com does not reimburse for any damaged incurred during the shipping of a product. The Customer Service Department can assist with the filing of a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. glofeauto.com reserves the right to ship to the billing address at their discretion.
There may be occasional shipping price errors on the website, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. You will be contacted for an opportunity to pay the proper price if possible. Oversized items are always subject to additional shipping fees.glofeauto.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties or custom fees that may be associated with any shipment outside of the continental United States.
We accept returns of most products once requested and approved within 30 days of shipment receipt. Please note the item(s) need to be in new and unused condition for the return to be approved for a refund or exchange. If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error on the part of the customer, a restocking fee may apply.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Certain merchandise such as special orders, custom merchandise, electronics
etc. may be non-refundable and not eligible for return. Please refer to our “Exceptions” section for further details on if your item is
eligible for return.

Once your package is received and inspected, the returns department will issue an approval for refund, less applicable shipping and/or handling fees. Your refund, once approved, will be credited to your card within 5 business days of receipt of your package.
Items shipped to any address other than the address noted will not be eligible for refund. Items refused for shipment will not be eligible for refund.
glofeauto.com will assist our Customer’s in contact and communication with the Manufacturer in the event of a Warranty question or a Defective item. Please contact us by email to discuss how glofeauto.com may be able to assist you with your warranty or defective item needs.
In many circumstances glofeauto.com will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with a manufacturer or the return of a defective item however glofeauto.com does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.
Advanced replacement parts are not available.

PRINT, MEDIA, DECALS, APPAREL, PROMOTION: All Print, Media and Apparel including but not limited to, Books, Manuals, CD’s, DVD’s, T-shirts, Hats, Shoes, decals, banners and displays.
ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS: All Electrical parts, including but not limited to, Batteries, Starters, Alternators, Electric Fuel Pumps, Modules, Programmers, Wiring Harness, Sensors, Bulbs, Lighting and Switches.
WHEELS and TIRES: All tires, all Wheels and Wheel Accessories, including but not limited to Center Caps, Hub Caps and Lug Nut Covers.
ACCESSORIES: Seats, Seat Covers, Car Covers. All Tonneau Cover’s. Covercraft Weathershield Cover’s. Some brands of Grille Guards, Carpet Matts, Step Bars, Running Boards, Fender Flares, Cargo Boxes and Portable Garages. Please contact us by email for specific verification on your product.
ENGINES: All Engines, including but not limited to, short blocks, long blocks and turn key engines.
TURBO CHARGERS-SUPERCHARGERS: All Turbo Chargers and Turbo Kits, including but not limited to, Intercoolers, Supercharger Kit Components, Compressors, Blowers, Installation Kits, Manifolds, Turbo Kit Components and Installation Kits. All Kit Replacement parts, including but not limited to, Hardware Packs, Brackets, Kit Sub-Assemblies and Kit Components.
EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT: Most Emissions Equipment, including but not limited to Catalytic Converters. Please contact Customer Service for specific verification on your product.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance parts, including but not limited to, spark plugs, filters, gaskets
FLUIDS: All fluids, including but not limited to, Oil, Fuel, Additives, Paint and Adhesives.
BODY: All Body Panels, including but not limited to, Hoods, Fenders, Spoilers, Bumpers, Doors and Trunks.
KIT REPLACEMENT PARTS: Including, but not limited to, hardware packs, brackets, kit sub-assemblies and kit components.

Under no circumstances will Glofe Auto be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or provisions.
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms (or the interpretation, performance, or breach of them), the Site or the Services, including but not limited to alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a “Dispute”) shall be solely and exclusively resolved according to the procedures set forth in this paragraph. If we are unable to resolve any Dispute through informal means, either party may initiate binding arbitration of such Dispute. The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the JAMS/Endispute Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect as of the date hereof, including the Optional Appeal Procedure provided for in such rules (the “Arbitration Rules”). The arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego County before a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by these Terms and any of the other agreements, including any applicable Additional Terms. No Disputes may be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the individual Dispute and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. By entering into these terms, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Any claims arising out of, relating to, or connected with these terms must be asserted individually. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against any party.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The failure of Glofe Auto to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not prevent Glofe Auto from enforcing such right or provision in the future.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, a sale of assets or by operation of law.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability subject to change with or without notice.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
From time to time, we may change these Terms. If we change these Terms, we will inform you by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the Revision Date shown in the revised Terms. By continuing to use our Site or Services, you agree to the revised Terms.
